Planning Session Follow-up

With the game kit comes access to a custom Time Machine Summary Feedback Form to record, from the cards, things working well, challenges and improvement ideas for greater success. With this form, you have sections to prioritize follow-up actions to be part of your continuous improvement plan.

Your Organization

This is a great process when all levels of the organization from top management, middle management and when employees from different departments go through the process together.

Cross-department collaboration promotes achieving common goals by sharing data, ideas, and problem-solving. It's the opposite of working in silos, and it's important for an organization's success because it can lead to greater efficiency, innovation, and overall success.

ROI

The investment in the Time Machine Planning Game is $250 per team of five or $50 per employee for an engaging planning process for future  sustainable success.

Take the money you save by doing the training in-house and invest in refreshments and prizes for your team(s). Prizes increase game engagement and number of improvement ideas.

Example: Consider ordering  Time Machine gifts for the winning team that comes up with the most improvement ideas.
